  Disgraceful place, should be shut down!! Left our King Charles and Rottie with Laws for a week, came home to find the Rottie covered in fleas and starving! The King Charles was presented to us wet, weeping infections in both eyes and smelling like sewerage! The owner tried to tell us he was playing in his water dish? Concerned we took him to the vet where they said his fur was covered in urine and excrement and it had gotten into his eyes. RSPCA took a report from us but nothing ever came of it. They never contacted us or the vet so I guess whatever lies they were told by Laws sounded convincing. :( Be warned!

  Firstly, the price is extremely competitive, there are no complaints there. What I do have a problem with is that our dog came home extremely underweight, she had fleas and her eyes were extremely red. I was in contact with Laws Pet Motel throughout her stay and the replies were one word responses which left me extremely unsatisfied as they said she had been eating satisfactorily, either she wasn't fed enough or she wasn't eating in which case I should of been informed when I asked the question. The owners were however extremely lenient with allowing me to extend my dogs stay and pay at a later date which I appreciate however, I still believe there needs to be more dutiful care of customers pets. I also appreciate you trimming my dogs paws as they were long. As a customer you expect to get your dog back in the same or better condition. I am not saying this is a bad dog kennel, I am simply saying adjustments could be made to make it better. I imagine it is hard work for the owners as they would have tens of animals to attend to.

  I am not happy! Our dog came home dirty with fleas and skin and bone! Will not use them again!

  I am Peter laws the business owner, when you board your pet with me you have to trust me to take care of he/she properly BUT i also have to trust you to behave properly my trust has been abused BADLY in recent reviews. Mr Millers post contains nearly no truth except his name and he has tried to use this event to get money from me. The dog had a fit in the gateway to the kennels and yes i did drag it about 2 metres to stop it injuring itself on the gate post. Mr Miller then refused to keep to the rules at my kennels and had to be told to not come back, the RSPCA came and were happy with what we had done for the dog. Ms Wetzlers post is of the more normal variety, overemotional and over exaggerated and it also contains 2 wrong statements. I am changing the name of my kennels after 53 years because "GOOGLE REVIEWS" is a setup where anyone can say anything they like about me without any checking or comeback, this system only works when the whole community has ethics and integrity. unfortunately not everybody has these two requirements in Australia. GOOGLE if you are reading this (joke) the reason that this post is not done by claiming the page and entering my e-mail address as a password to your site is because i don't have an e-mail address it disappeared when i took down my website several months ago. LAWS is my family surname and i decline to allow it to be DRAGGED in the mud by almost criminal or unethical people with no integrity.

  I have been using Laws Pet Motel over the last ten years for our cats and dogs. Our animals have at all times been looked after well. They have been fed well and given care. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility to anyone needing to leave their animals behind from time to time.
